Aubrey Ann had her 18 month check-up last month and I'm just now getting around to sharing it. She's 19 months now, but here are her latest stats:
Weight 23 lbs. 33% (percentile)
Length 32.5 in. 75% (percentile)
Head Circumference 18.5 in 64% (percentile)
Aubrey is such a fun little girl! She has a lot of her daddy in her although she's definitely a momma's girl. She loves her blanket with silk on the edges, she loves to read books, she loves watching Sesame Street, she's still a great eater, not picky like her sister, and she's full of energy and adventurous. She says several words such as momma, dada, kitty cat, thank you, uh-oh, all done, baby, nana(for banana), and Mallory. There might be a few more words, but that's all that I can remember right now. Right now she is wearing size 24 months clothes since she is rather tall. She fits into some 18 months size clothes, but a lot of them are too short in length.
She's very independent and loves to discover new things everyday. She has discovered a few somewhat bothersome activities that she tries to get away with which are playing in the kitty litter, playing in the toilet, dumping out her kitty's food and water all over the floor, and screaming when she doesn't get her way. The terrible 2's are here early I'm afraid. She also only sleeps in her crib for half of the night, good thing we have a king size bed because she's a wild sleeper. John and I have been kicked in the face on several occasions.
If we don't push in our dining room chairs this where we will find Bree. When she gets up there she then proceeds to throw everything onto the floor.
Just hanging out in the rocking chair watching Sesame Street. And yes she still loves that pacifier! That's going to be a tough one to get rid of.
She loves her tutu! She will bring her tutu to either John or myself for us to put it on her. She even knows that this purple one is hers (Her sister's tutu is pink). And I love her pig tails in this picture.
Here she is sporting her daddy's Captain America t-shirt.
And she loves to play dress-up.
Here's her new "pouty" face that does a lot. It's pretty cute and funny to see.
